PROFILE 

PETS ALLOWED INCLUDE:

  • Dogs
  • Domestic Cats (to be kept indoors only)
  • Small Caged Animals
  • Birds
  • Tropical and/or Goldfish

THE FOLLOWING PET RESTRICTIONS APPLY

  • Certain Dog Breeds
    • Pitbulls (American Staffordshire Bull Terriers or English Staffordshire Bull Terriers)
    • Rottweiler's
    • Doberman Pinchers
    • Chows
    • Wolf Hybrids
  • Exotic animals
  • Farm animals 

hOW TO REGISTER 

PetScreening profile is our third-party company that manages all resident pet information for the safety of our residents and communities.

  • Once your lease is signed, you will be sent your Petscreening profile link to register. 
  • Select and complete your pet profile, whether you have pets, an assistance animal, or no pet/animal in the home.
